Roger Foster - Chairman
Roger is one of the UK’s early IT entrepreneurs and a former winner of the Sunday Times business man of the year award.
Roger Foster founded ACT and built it into one of the world’s largest packaged financial software companies before its sale to Misys plc in 1995. More recently he was founder, chairman and CEO of Financial Objects, where he led the company in achieving continued organic growth, as well as the successful integration of a number of high profile acquisitions. Both ACT and Financial Objects floated on the London Stock Exchange and were hugely successful for the initial investors.
In June 2007 Roger co-founded the private equity company Third Financial Ventures whose first major investment is Third Financial Software.
Roger is a qualified chartered accountant and in 2007 received a Doctorate of Technology from the University of Wolverhampton.
Pete Caddick - Director
Pete has 23 years experience in Financial IT industry. Pete has broad domain knowledge in investment management, specifically performance measurement, attribution, portfolio management, portfolio modelling, client reporting. Pete is known as one of the top investment management application architects in the UK and has considerable experience in providing strategic consultancy.
In the 1990’s Pete was a founding director of DC Systems a software house providing products and services to investment management companies.
Prior to co-founding Third Financial Software Pete Caddick was Group Product Director for WMS plc, a role in which he continued when WMS was acquired by Financial Objects in 2005. Pete was the application architect and sole designer of the highly successful activebank Wealth Manager product.
Pete is a co founder and shareholder in Third Financial Software.
Gary Linieres - Director
Gary has over 15 years experience in the Financial Technology arena, encompassing sales, sales management and general management roles in software vendors around the world.
Gary is a domain expert in the investment management industry, specifically encompassing, asset management, wealth management, private banking and the family office markets.
Gary started his career as a European sales executive for Microbank software. Over a period of seven years he helped build the European business into a substantial operation with over 100 people and several European offices. His career at Microbank culminated with two years running the continental European business based in Paris before the company was successfully sold to Sungard.
Following Microbank Gary held several senior sales management and directorships at Netik, Reuters and DSTi before finally becoming Managing Director of Financial Objects Wealth Management Division.
Gary is a co founder and shareholder in Third Financial Software.
Stewart Foster - Director
Stewart has over 14 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. Stewart spent his early career at JPMorgan on their FX trading floor before spending nearly ten years at the AIM listed software house Financial Objects plc.
At Financial Objects he was responsible for setting up and managing the groups successful Offshore Development Centre in Bangalore. Stewart joined the main board of the company in 2005 and was responsible for successfully turning around the Retail Banking division into a profitable growing business.
Stewart, Pete and Gary are a proven team having worked together at Financial Objects and significantly increased revenues of the Wealth Management Software division over several years.

Stewart has a degree in Property Development and an MBA.
Brent Randall - Product Director
Brent Randall has over 16 years of experience in the investment management software industry. His current responsibility is directing the product development of tercero, TFSs new generation wealth management solution.
Previously Brent headed up the wealth management division at Financial Objects directing business development and product strategy.
Prior to that Brent was an associate director at DST International Ltd, where he was responsible for the global product strategy of the company's institutional front office and wealth management solutions. Brent also gained experience as an analyst programmer, project manager, pre-sales consultant and operations manager as well as directing new business in Japan and Singapore.
Brent has an honours degree in Geography from Downing College, Cambridge.
