Our strategy with client reporting is to first solve the major issue that plagues all investment organisations; DATA. Without good, clean, accurate and well structured data no client reporting system can work effectively. Our Client Reporting module is imbedded in to the tercero DataHub; a fully audited and clean source of structured data. Once data has been imported, reconciled, mapped and stored in the tercero DataHub we can start the process of building and delivering the reports.
The User Interface to the reporting system is highly intuitive and allows users to design and customise reports with minimal training. The rules driven system can recognise when certain instruments or funds are held in portfolios and automatically attach commentary or fund fact sheets in to the report. Auditing and versioning allows for ‘best practice’ workflows to be built around the system and when the reports are finally available for distribution the output capabilities for high volumes of reports is outstanding. Delivery can be via traditional printing, PDF, Word, via your own web channels or the tercero Investor Portal.
