All Services relating to the tercero platform are performed directly by Third Financial Software staff. Each of the major product areas of tercero has their own dedicated Product Manager who is a proven domain expert in their chosen line of business.
Customers are Third Financial Software’s most important assets and our implementation methodology is based on proven industry standard processes specially tailored to the needs of the investment management community. This allows Third Financial Software to provide a world class, consistent and clear level of service to all our customers regardless of their organisation size and industry sector.
A professional project manager is assigned to each project to act as a single point of contact for the customer through the project lifecycle. In addition each customer is assigned a board level sponsor who is responsible for representing the customers within Third Financial Software.
Third Financial Software’s professional services team provide full project lifecycle support and are all highly experienced with significant track records of successful implementations projects. Team members work onsite during the duration of the implementation to provide a personal service to our customers through each phase of the project including installation, configuration, training, go-live and support.
